Shipping policy
All our products are made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail. Therefore, order processing may take between 3 and 7 business days. During this time, we ensure that each item meets our quality standards before being shipped.
Please note that orders are processed from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be handled starting from the next business day.
If an order is placed after 5:00 PM on Friday, processing will begin on Monday, following the order of arrival.
Once processing is complete, the product is shipped through our partner couriers. Estimated delivery times generally range from 4 to 15 business days, depending on the destination and the selected shipping service.
Please note that these timeframes are approximate and may vary slightly due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled while in transit. However, the customer may return the order after receiving it, in accordance with our return policy.
Please be informed that the entire process—including return shipping, warehouse receipt, quality inspection, and refund confirmation—may take up to 10 business days, depending on logistics and daily order volume.
If the customer receives the package and, after opening or trying the product, decides they no longer want it, the return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. This ensures a fair service while still allowing returns and refunds once the item has been received and verified.

Please also note that once the package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the contents during transit no longer lies with our company. We cannot be held responsible for theft, loss, or damage that may occur during shipping.
