Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day period from the date of receipt of the product to request a refund, provided that the item is intact, unused, free of signs of wear, tampering, or use, and was not purchased during promotions or special discounts.

In the case of a return that fully meets the integrity conditions, a 100% refund of the product’s value will be issued (excluding any shipping costs).

Items Showing Signs of Use
If the returned item shows clear or even minor signs of use, wear, scratches, alterations, odors, or any condition that compromises its original state, the refund granted will be 50% of the product’s value.
The remaining 50% will be retained to cover handling costs, quality control, safety checks, and product depreciation.

Damages and Issues
The customer is required to carefully inspect the product upon receipt. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests if the damage is caused by improper use or negligence.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, for hygiene or customization reasons, are not returnable. These conditions will be clearly stated in the product description.

Exchanges and Withdrawal Period – European Union
In accordance with European regulations, the customer has a 14-day withdrawal period.

The refund will cover only the value of the product and will not include shipping costs, which remain entirely the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Procedure
The refund will be processed within 10 business days from receipt of the returned product and after verifying compliance with the conditions outlined above.
The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
